Family with kids will love it!
Location is superb. Just a 5-minute walk to Gloucester Road station and right by a Waitrose for all your grocery needs, that's a lifesaver with kids. And the room had everything we needed, even dishwashing soap and a washer/dryer, which is crucial when traveling with a toddler.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but considering the space and amenities, it was still alright.

the location is super good and close to gloucester road tube, which is a plus. our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. We got a nice upgrade this time. staff were super friendly, especially at the reception, made us feel welcomed. really enjoyed the apartment's vibe, it felt like home away from home. also handy that they let us keep our luggage after checkout until our flight.
the place could use some touch-ups, its a bit worn out. and the first night was kinda noisy from above, which messed with our sleep a bit.

I had a great time in my spacious 3-bedroom apartment, fully equipped with a washer/dryer and a dishwasher—real lifesavers for a family stay! The rooms were clean and inviting, but do note the apartment was more faded than expected. I would definitely stay here again.

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, which was super handy. Loved the strong water pressure in the shower! it felt a bit worn, and there was some noise from upstairs that disrupted our sleep. The AC didn’t work on the first night, but the friendly staff were super helpful. a mixed bag for comfort, but the space was nice.

Spotlessly clean and spacious. A kitchen equipped enough for a family feast! Location next to the tube and shops was a lifesaver, and those beds? I'll take them home!
The outdated décor had me wondering if I'd time-travelled to the 70s. And that sofa? It had more personality than comfort!

Great spot, super close to Gloucester Rd Tube, which has 3 lines. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious with a full kitchen, including a microwave, and a washing machine. Beds were comfy, and it had powerful water pressure in the shower. Plus, there were nearby grocery stores like Waitrose, making it easy to grab snacks. Really enjoyed the whole vibe!

Spacious apartment with a great location!
Our two-bedroom apartment was quite spacious and clean, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the Gloucester Road tube station, which made exploring London super easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially during check-in, and we appreciated the freedom to store our luggage after check-out. the decor could use some refreshing as some areas felt a bit worn.

Had a blast with my friends here! We visited the Victoria and Albert and the Natural History museums, both just a short walk away. The apartment was super cozy, had a kitchen and even provided washing essentials! Plus, it felt secure with the digital locks. Definitely a great spot for a group getaway.
Unfortunately, one of our friends had a tough time with the AC not working during our stay. It made things a bit uncomfortable at night, especially since it was chilly outside.
